WWE has announced that Darren Young has been suspended for 30 days due to a violation of the company's Wellness Policy.
The following statement was posted on the WWE website on Thursday:
"In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Fred Rosser (Darren Young) for 30 days effective Wednesday, Oct. 5, for his
first violation of the companys policy."
------------
A few things come to mind.
1. No wonder CM Punk never wanted to hang out with him.
2. WHAT DARREN GON DOE?
3. Looks like NXT 5 is ending finally
4. WHATS DARRELL OLDE DOING IN THE IMPACT ZONE TAZ?
I miss Serena. That is all.
Now if we can just slip some sort of banned substance into Bateman's (or O'Neil's, whatever, fuck you) next drink, maybe NXT 5 can
finally end by default.
Either that, or this guarantees at least another month before the finale, so Young can make his grand return.

Last time I saw Young in-ring, he'd really improved exponentially (which is probably faint praise considering how bad he really was on NXT). I think there is some level of value to the guy, and they seem more determined to get him over than some of their other failed projects (Tarver, for example), so I'm sure he'll get at least one more shot.
I'd rather have Tarver. The only thing wrong with Tarver was that he was so intense, but they'd make him perpetually lose. He was gold on the mic, and his punches looked vicious. He'd job out in 10 seconds flat though, which rendered his tough talk comical. What a waste. Maybe he fucked somebody's girlfriend?
Meh.
Is he an:
A) African American
B) just an uber-tanned white dude
C) a mixed race super being
D) mabey
I'd rather not waste time reading wiki for the answer.
Add: WWE dropped the ball not making him some sort of Bizarro-Cena.

The One Man Wellness Ban
Didn't really see the point of making a new thread just for this. Did they share needles in NXT?

They really ought to fire Slater now. He deserved to be let go before for being generally worthless, so cut him loose now and get it over with. Nobody would miss him, and it'll save us a program between him and Hornswaggle
Wasn't Slater also accused of attempted rape or something like that a little while back?
To go back a bit- why/where is he referred to as "Mr. No Days Off?" Is that an NXT on-air gimmick, or something he said once?
I'm also betting these guys bulk up by any means necessary after pressure to bulk up, and just hope they don't get caught. They eat the
month off and keep training without much in the way of later punishment.
I'd say this is the closest that we're ever gonna get to a John Cena Wellness violation.
