PyroFalkon's recaps

I've really been enjoying them. I like how Pyro (or would it be "Falkon" abbreviated?) gives a little insight into his personal life, then jumps right into the recap with some great insight and oftentimes hilarious comments thrown in. I wouldn't read just anybody's recaps of a show I've already watched but I've been finding myself really enjoying his work.

Keep up the good work and I'm glad you're on the mend from those wisdom teeth!

Thanks, man. I needed a bit of an ego boost, and that really did the trick.

My precaps do indeed give insight to my personal life, but trust me: out of choice, I've only barely scratched the surface. Over the past four months, I've had some very dark demons following me around (figuratively, that is: I'm not Kane, you know!). And I feel that giving out too many of the demons here at OO is simply inappropriate.

For better or worse, I always write the recaps train-of-thought, and there have been hints dropped over the past four months of some of the stuff going on. This isn't attention-seeking or a diva complex, at least not intentionally: it's literally me just typing whatever thought crosses my mind that very instant and being too lazy to hit the backspace key. Still, I'm trying to get a hold of my brain a bit more, so my comments are more wrestling-related than Pyro-related, because we all know that's why you truly read the recaps. I have other outlets for dealing with the demons.

As far as the teeth go, they're doing fine, although I plan on actually giving a more detailed health update on Monday (since, as of now, I'm absolutely completely out of precap material otherwise). Long story short, they're not quite as healed as I thought they were or would be. But I'm doing okay.

I'm staying around OO as long as the Rick will have me, so I hope you keep enjoying my work. You really don't know just how much I appreciate it.

Seriously though, half of that cheese stick thing is your fault for eating frozen fried mozzarella sticks. Are you 5 years old or something?

Just busting stones. What I hate is when you go to the store (Walmart comes to mind) and grab something frozen and you can see all kinds of ice all over the chicken in the bag. I always wonder how much I am paying for the water and how much for the chicken.

I feel you on that one. The ice thing, that is, not the age thing; trust me, I have way more horribly childish things I do. Hell, I was basically first (and only) in line for the The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 DVD set when it came out, and I have an unhealthy love affair with LEGOs. Eating mozzarella sticks is hardly scratching the surface!

Anywho... Rick gave me a helpful tip for the ice thing. He suggested leaving the bag out for a few minutes prior to cooking to thaw them. It doesn't help the fact you're paying for ice, as you put it -- and I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment -- but at least it cooks better and you're not consuming a watery or over-moist mozzarella stick.
