Just found out this is pretty unknown, at least to my circle of people.
If you like rap, i think you'll enjoy.

Actually one of my favorites, too. It sort of sounds less natural than his latter and current stuff, but that's to be expected considering this
was on his first release.

Eh, i'm only a fan of him from 2002 and below. I like a handful of tracks from his days after that, but the albums never will hold a place in
my regular library.

I concur. Anything after Encore has been a steady drop in quality. "Infinite" is an interesting look at M&M; before he became Slim Shady. Alot of
his verbal dexterity and multisyllabic flow was already in place, but he was missing the intensity he would find with the Slim Shady character. If
anything, "Infinite" is a good look at Eminem during his real-life 8 Mile days. "Open Mic" is by far the funniest and best song on here, by the
way. Speaking of funny, reinstate MSD.

For me, the most interesting part is how similar he sounds to AZ , who was most likely a huge influence on his style at the time.
Makes me wonder how nice a track with both of them would be, and if it exist, lemme hear that shit!

No collaborations yet, unfortunately. But I couldn't agree more with the love for AZ. He is hands-down the most underrated MC in the game.
He's consistent, he's fluid and is a throwback to that classic East Coast MC feel. His debut album was considered by some to be the
unofficial sequel to Nas' "Illmatic". Since the Firm fiasco however, AZ has seen a serious drop in stock. Yes he drops records almost every
year (did you know that?) Yes they are good (in between trying to find that one elusive mainstream track that can put him over the hump - but only
succeeding in watering down his discs) and yes he has seemingly succumbed to the latest trend of "sequel albums". Allegedly he is set to drop "Doe
or Die II" sometime this year, and I for one cannot wait. As for an Eminem/Az song though... chances are very slim (pun intended). Other than that,
"The Format" and "9 Lives" are my other favorite AZ albums.
