That Hardy promo was almost as exciting as the conversation so far. Pointless awful way to end the show.

If Devon and Morgan can already wrestle, why are they out of the BFG series? They were both within a win or 2 of making it. Shocking that TNA plans so poorly that they can't even maintain continuity over a month or 2.

Speaking of continuity, is there some reason Sting/Anderson love each other all of a sudden? Now Anderson really is acting out of character. And did Immortal already forget that Sting was lying last time he said the Network gave him power? I guess they didn't care because only the dumbest man in wrestling would think that 1 Sting could stop 5 guys from Immortal.

The BFG series has been really messed up and Ray's promo, plus the story they tried to tell in the fourway, makes no sense. Why would there be conflict between Beer Money (and Immortal) when they've set up the finals so they can't have any effect on each other? They're both in singles matches, and the only way they can screw the other is to interfere in the other match. And with the current scores, the only way it would work is if Gunner or Roode won by submission, then got Bully dq'd on purpose. That would make Gunner the winner (not a good idea) or turn Roode heel (possible, but bad idea) which would start a feud with Storm that would be postponed til after BFG.

Best part of the show was Hogan going nuts about the breakdown. That was awful but hilarious. It got even better when he talked about how the crowd was gagging (even though there was no blood or any serious beating) and said Sting/Anderson would never recover and would be in wheelchairs, but then was suddenly upset Angle had to fight them in 3 days. I thought they would never recover?

Well, like Hogan said, things can't get any worse...Oh wait, Sting/Flair and Sting/Hogan are guaranteed for the next 2 ppvs.

I liked the knockouts match, and I'm digging Winter channeling Tajiri... hopefully she keeps it up. Though I'm assuming that she loses at the PPV and Mickie moves on to Velvet.

The whole Pope/Devon team does absolutely nothing for me. That the British Invasion had to job to them just sucks. If they needed a face team to go against Mexican America, where the hell is Ink Inc? Do they even still exist?

I'm a bit confused about the whole BFG series... are they still doing points for the final four guys, or is it now an elimination style tournament, where the winner of Ray/Storm faces the winner of Gunner/Roode?

Is everyone mad here?
Of course they are, and you are too... otherwise, you wouldn't have come here.

Tournament would be better, but they've said it's just whoever has the most points. All three guys would need a 10 point submission to get a higher score than Bully, unless he gets dq'd or counted out.

It was also funny how Joe was just strolling down to the ring like he was going to take out all four by himself.

What's bad about Sting/Flair? I'm pumped up for that match!! Two legends who had arguably their best match at the very first Clash of the Champions in 1988 will go at it again in the present day! And they can both still go at respectable levels (Flair doesn't look the part any more but he's still in very decent shape). I don't watch any wrestling on TV anymore but I'll DEFINITELY watch Impact next week to see that match! I believe it will be the first time they've wrestled each other since the final WCW Monday Nitro in March 2001. Should be really good!

Yup...I am! Seeing Sting and Flair go at it one more time should be a lot of fun! At least Flair is still very mobile compared to that other guy his age (Mr. Hogan). Let me put it to you this way: Sting vs. Flair was a great match in 1988 and (in my opinion) will be a good match next week because both guys can still go!

Sting vs. Hogan was cool in 1997 but its not cool anymore because as every day passes Hogan gets even more immobile!! So Sting vs. Hogan in 2011 will NOT be a good match and whoever OK'd the idea of a Sting vs. Hogan match in 2011 must be on funny cigarettes

flam, the final four in the bfg tournament will be elimination style. the winner of the gunner/roode match faces the winner of bubba/storm that night, and the winner of that match gets the bfg shot. It does not fix all the storyline holes, but it does make it a little better.

The BFG series was a massive misfire. It was great in theory, but there is no real pay off to it. Gunner fought like 20 BFG matches, Steiner fought like 6. The series should have been like a real series, where everyone had a set number of matches. The fact AJ had less matches directly reflected on the fact he had less points. Morgan, Pope, and Devon all returning before the tournament was over and not getting a chance to be back in it was stupid. I think there should have been one last ladder match or something so everyone could have had a shot at the final four, but they decided to not care (Steiner, AJ, Joe) or have people get injured for the story (Pope, Devon, Crimson), or actually hurt (Morgan). The fact the final four is tomorrow and people on the board don't know the rules makes it even more stupid. The series should have been to make a viable contender for the title, and I don't think it's done that. Bobby Roode vs Angle is the best case scenario, and it would seem crazy if Roode won the belt. I like Storm, but he's not gonna headline BFG. Neither are Ray or Gunner.

Damn straight they won't. Hogan vs Sting will.
