I first I thought it was supposed to be some kind of botch or something, but yeah...I heard about how low the attendance was for Smackdown but that
really drives it home. That would be sad for a house show.

So what happens if you purchase tickets in the blocked off sections (obviously before they know the show won't sell more than half), do they
move you to the front section at ringside?
The movie "Idiocracy" was really a documentary.

So you could get lucky and get ring side when you pay for crap?

I've never been moved to 'ringside' - I usually only pay for cheap seats, and get bumped up one level if it's real empty. It
happens over here for non televised stuff too, just to make stewarding easier.
I guess it's the chance you take. Theres always the possibility that it sells out and I'm in the cheap seats, or that they dont move
everyone and I'm still in the cheap seats. Some people won't go if they can't get front row seats; some people have set budgets etc.
Each to their own i guess.

Last lot of house shows in Australia, I had decided not to go. I then got an e-mail from ticketek, must have my e-mail on their records because of
past WWE purchases, offering 50% off. I got some Platinum seats for $75, and as soon as the pyro went off, I sneaked on down and scored Diamond seats
(usually $350). Ended up in the 4th row.
Not the show where Punk called a guy a Homo, but the show where Cena cut a promo on the Rock after the show.

Happened again this week... but this is in the same area that TNA coun't draw to their TV taping. Is it an economic issue, with some parts of
the country being hit extra hard?

Its probably a combination of both as they do still seem to be selling out in some of the bigger cities like NY and LA.
Purely my read on it, but I happened to be in London (Ontario) the same night they were there for a house show a few weeks ago, and was walking by as
the show was letting out and there didn't seem to be that many people coming out, so it would seem to be on both sides of the border.
