Stupid Windows 10 Question

My pc runs like shit. I have Win 7 Pro.

If I do the free upgrade to 10, will I essentially be reformatting the drive so its sparkly clean, and adding a new OS?

It'll be a different OS, all your files will stay put, as will your programs, but if you got performance issues, chances are decent they'll come along for the ride, too.

That's crazy to me. Computers are magic.

I would've bet that it would function as a clean sweep of all the bullshit.

Need help, Powerpoint in Windows 10

Hi all, need some advice! I have Windows 7 now, my company will do a big operating system update to Windows 10. I do a lot of my tasks in Office - Powerpoint and use standard Templates. I read in Twitter of Microsoft that they will be redesigned all Office, include Powerpoint Templates, some official resource (don't remember what) wrote, that new templates you could here http://www.poweredtemplate.com/ppt-powerpoint-design-templates.html, is it true? If it is, how can I add old templates in Office 365?
