Keep in mind that the Gawker sites went batshit insane when The Fappening happened with all the female celebs having their private sex photos hacked
from the iCloud. According to Gawker it was the worst misogynist crime in the history of ever and the guys who did deserved the guillotine. Yeah,
Hogan's a piece of crap but if Gawker had any ethical consistency to them they would have reacted the same way to Bubba's tape that they
did with The Fappening. Or they would have happily posted all the lady celebs photos with the same "hah-hah, we're rascals!" vibe they did
with the Hogan tape. This is why I want Hogan to put them out of business. Almost every single one of their sites, except maybe FoxtrotAlpha, is just
drenched their sick combination of political correctness and outright malice.
I don't what can be said about someone like AJ Daulerio if his response to being asked what he wouldn't post was "anything involving a
four year-old". That's something even Larry Flynt at his worst wouldn't have said. They're pure shit at Gawker, practically all of

Any congratulations to Jez should be accompanied by a reminder that they ran like crazy with the Rolling Stone story about the rape at UVA that turned

like Shannara on MTV, as "wow, this is the greatest ever!". They also have engaged in a non-stop pushing of "diversity" casting for books/comic
that are turned into films/movies even when it makes no sense to do so. They basically said in a column last week that casting a white actor to play
Iron Fist in the upcoming Netflix series was blatantly racist, even thought the character was always caucasian from his creation back in the early
1970's. In short they basically want everything, no matter how old it is or how beloved it is by generations of previous fans, to be re-done to
fit the millenial politics of today. If anyone dissents in the comments section they're subject to the usual accusations of
racism/misogyny/anti-gay/whatever the fuck other insults they can use to shut the talk down.
Like I said the only one I'd miss if Gawker shut down would be FoxtrotAlpha not just because of the stories but because the main writer there is
one of the few on the entire network that doesn't appear to be one of Nick Denton's hand-picked uber-assholes. It's gotten me
annoyed to the point that most of the time I now use the links in the articles to get to more respectable outlets for their take and click out of the
Gawker article as fast as I can. They aren't as bad as something like TMZ now, they're even worse than TMZ.
