Was just listening to Alphabet St last night....and for some reason last week I remembered how hot the girls in the Diamonds and Pearls-album videos
were and did a "where are they now" search.
The dude was so unique and just ahead and outside of everything.

I had somehow managed to purge the fact that that existed out of my memory (that or I killed the brain cells but either way, same outcome).

Darn. RIP, ya talented little weirdo.
(would have posted U Got The Look but apparently it's one of those things where the record label lawyers are keeping the official video off of
the internet because something something royalties something it's ours forever something whatever )

Incidentally, MTV is aring Prince's Bat Dance music video right now. They seem to have
suspended programming and are airing only Prince videos. Giving him the Michael Jackson tribute.

Can't say I actively ever sought out to listen to his music but I also never turned it off or requested it to not be on. My wife recently had
gotten back into him and we'd occasionally listen while painting and drinking wine.
Another one-namer gone. Lemmy, Bowie, Merle now Prince. RIP

As terrible as "Batdance" is, there is some pretty enjoyable stuff on that soundtrack. "Partyman" is one of my favorites. "Gentlemen! Let's

I saw Prince in concert twice and he was amazing. The dude was an amazing musician, had killer guitar chops, and could control the audience like no
other. I respect the hell out of him for fighting against the music industry for his creative control and his ability to cover anything and make it
sound awesome. Also,he had the best Super Bowl halftime performance of all. Playing Purple Rain in the rain? That was dope.
I'm pretty sad about this, the guy is and always be a music legend.

Lemmy, Prince, Maurice White, Alan Rickman, Chynas clit... Send tweet.
