BluRay Burning
So anyone here actually have and use a BluRay burner to burn BD-R discs?
I am trying to burn a high def MP4 file to disc. I know a guy that has a burner on his computer, but has never used it (slight rage at this fact.) He
doesn't think there's software bundled with it.
Just trying to find any recommendations for freeware that can get the job done, as well as what to avoid. Hoping to simply make a disc that is
playable in any BluRay player.

Whether it came with the computer, or he purchased it separately, there should be software that came with it, something like Nero Burning, or possibly
PowerDVD or some such.....
The Blu-Ray gods have put such a lockdown on the codec, it's REALLY difficult to find even a free player, let alone burning software.
sometimes a simple search on the Start Menu will reveal the deeply hidden goodies.....sometimes.... Words like "Blu Ray" or "Burning" or
something similar.
