I heard about this a few months back. Good to see that they're taking this shit seriously.
A friend of mine has been hospitalized a few times because of seizures that she's suffered, one just happened a few weeks ago. At the very
least, this could be attempted assault since they did this with the intent to harm or even kill him.

It most -certainly- should be attempted assault, and if they can gather enough evidence against the sender, it might even fall under "hate crime".
It's a bit frightening that, once again, fictional things have turned into reality. "Snowcrash" is cited as an example, but since I
haven't read it, all I can do is think of BLIT, which I have read.
And I really hope Charger (or anybody else, for that matter) doesn't seriously get seizures from my avatar, despite me telling him to
suck-it-up-and-cope. If anybody here really DOES find themselves suffering from such things, I don't want to put people in the hospital & will
change Spazzy Raven to something else.
