different shows, I know. But the writing's actually better in my dimension so it wouldn't matter.

I'd thought about making some comment about how they appeared to be trying to cram the entire RAM women's division into what was seemingly

Edit, the Second: Yeah, I'd also say that they both did fairly well during that. But it still feels like they just tacked a wacky mystery on top
of one of those heel turns that breaks down to nothing more than "my tag team partner/manager/you, the audience don't care about me
anymore/took me for granted/something else that might ring a bit false depending on circumstances, so now I'm just going to be surly and
stuff." Also, I guess now Enzo either suddenly becomes insanely good in the ring and starts winning everything, or we just watch him get tossed
around week after week.

I think it's a pretty good heel turn. What
he's saying is totally true (Enzo IS dead weight as a tag partner, can never back up his shit talking, needs Cass to carry him), but Cass can
still get heat for attacking his buddy like that and betraying him instead of just amicably ending their partnership (or even suggesting that they
still work together but not operate as a tag team anymore).
The best heels need to believe that they're justified in their actions. Cass' justification is legit, even if the actions were despicable.

That has become one of the more annoying quirks with my wrestling fandom. I can rarely see a heel turn as anything other than I AM A JERK NOW.

I like it, it's a different version of the bitter tag partner turn.
Cass didn't mean for it to go this far. He snapped once and attacked Enzo but that gave him such a rush that he did it again and now that he was
caught he weakly tries to justify it before dropping all pretension.
It resembles a real life dysfunctional relationship where the bitter half just lets all that hate sink in for years and the intention was to keep it
going but all that bottled up bitterness couldn't stay bottled up for much longer.
Big Cass is a shithead but he put up with his less than capable partner because that's what good people are supposed to do but he just
isn't a good person and couldn't keep the charade going.
