I only skimmed so I might have missed it, but Razors Edge will always be numero uno in my heart.

"The North Cafeteria, named after Admiral William North, is located in the western portion of East Hall, gateway to the western half of North Hall, which is named, not after William North, but for its position above the South Wall. It is the most contested and confusing battlefield on Greendales campus, next to the English Memorial Spanish Center, named after English Memorial, a Portuguese sailor that discovered Greendale while looking for a fountain that cured syphilis."

We're at 245 (which includes same finishers by different performers). I still think 512 is doable, but maybe we go for more than that so that the actual 512 comes in after the qualification round trims the fat (meaning that only the best performer of each finisher moves on as one of the 512).

Probably under Impact. Having four groups works well to set up a final, so I'd like to avoid having a non-tournament ready number of groups. Unless anyone has a suggestion to expand and divide into eight groups...

If I was going to go for eight groups I would go for Upper Submission, Lower Submission, Flying, Strikes, Drops, Bombs, Slams and Splashes.

I think it would be better to divide out the submissions as there are a hell of a lot to choose from. And although most splashes are flying, the remarkable ones like Yoko's Banzai, Earthquakes Verticle Splash and Bundy's Avalanche are not so it could warrant its own category. Then again, you could put it into slams or bombs and have "Comedy" as the eighth selection.

The current list has submissions about tied up with the other categories, but I'm not opposed to that idea. The "impact" category is the one running away with nominations. I'm thinking that could be divided into body bumps (think chokeslam, powerbomb) and head bumps (DDT, piledriver). Maybe even another category for the Codebreakers, Backstabbers, Stunners, Lumbar Checks, etc. where the impact doesn't involve being driven into the mat.

Category (Examples):
Upper Submission (Crossface, Cattle Mutilation, Last Chancery)
Lower Submission (Figure-4, Sharpshooter, Boston Crab)
High-Flying (Frog Splash, Moonsault, Swanton Bomb)
Drops/Low-Flying (Banzai Drop, Atomic Leg Drop, Ultimate Splash)
Striking (Superkick, Busaiku Knee, Clothesline from Hell)
Body Impact (Chokeslam, Powerbomb, Jackhammer)
Head Impact (DDT, Piledriver, Pedigree)
Non-Canvas Impact (Codebreaker, Backstabber, Stunner)

Non-Canvas Impact sounds kind of underwhelming, maybe Impact locks or Impact holds? Anyway, some Mexican finishers that I think haven't been listed yet.

Mistic's La Mistica
Alberto Del Rio's Armbar and Kick to a seated opponent
Chavo Guerrero's Frog Splash and Gory Bomb
Fenix's Fenix Driver
Drago's Dragon Lair
Aero Star's Modified 450 Splash(back turned to the ring before jumping into it)
Prime Puma's Vertigo
King Cuerno's Thrill of the Kill

Oh, did somebody mention Kaityln's spear?

Allow me to introduce you to Candice LeRae, perhaps the most underrated female wrestler on the planet.

At lot more bounce in that mat than in a WWE one but that was still damn impressive. Isn't LeRae the same gal who nearly got killed in one of those bar events when the dipshit she was facing threw her neck-first into the bottom turnbuckle during a different man vs woman match?

It was Candice, however, who leaned into a Young Bucks thumbtacked superkick. Someone else can link the video.

Here's the current list. We're at 245 individual moves (meaning same moves by multiple performers are counted as a single move; the qualification round will take care of that). I'm scratching out the original plan of 512 and settling with 256, so we need 11 more moves before we're officially ready to play. More than that is also perfectly acceptable; a few three-ways won't hurt. Consider this a last call of sorts (though keep in mind, a start date has still not been decided). Submit your favorite finishers!

Note: Asterisks are next to moves that I felt could go in more than one category. If any of these moves (or any other moves) are better suited to a different category than the one they're listed in, please call them out.
  • The PTO is in lower submission because there's a focus on the legs for at least the first half of the move. It could also go in upper submission because of the second half.
  • The Phenomenal Forearm is in flying, but could also go in striking.
  • The F-5 is in head impact because it's technically a facebuster, but it could also go in body impact because guys seem to primarily take the move on their torso or side.
  • The Death Valley Driver is in body impact, but could also go in head impact depending on how the move is performed.
  • The Flux Capacitor and the Superplex are also in body impact, but could both qualify for high-flying in a way, as they both come off the ropes.
  • Diving Neckbreakers are in locking impact, but could also go in flying.
  • Ember's Eclipse, Joe's Muscle Buster, Monty's Pounce, and Drago's Dragon's Tail/Lair are all in locking impact...Eclipse could also be flying...Muscle Buster could be both body or head...Pounce could go in striking but I have it in locking because that's where the similar Spear moves are...Dragon's Tail/Lair could go elsewhere, and I'm honestly not sure which category it best fits in as there's really no impact to it.

Can we go with No-DQ finishers?

Coast to Coast, Van Terminator, Con-Chair-To(not sure if Edge or Christian ever flat out won a match with that.)

Still contemplating this. Leaning towards no, but will listen to arguments for it.
