This isn't a criticism, but I noticed how you included mainly U.S. companies. Here in Murca, you're probably right, especially given WWE's habit of poaching top talent and given that the goal of most wrestlers is to make it to WWE. I don't know how well Mexican, Japanese, or European promotions are or aren't doing, though. I'd be curious to know. [Edited on 7-29-2016 by denverpunk]
