POLL: Santino for Raw, January 18th
Which character do you think Santino is most likely to impersonate on January 18th?

I don't get it. Unless the Pedro option is a reference to Napoleon Dynamite but I don't get the other ones.

Tubbs = Miami Vice
Dominguez = Nash Bridges
Pedro = Napoleon Dynamite
Chazz = Blades of Glory
I suppose Hornswoggle is a potential as well (oh good god, Santino as Pedro and Horny as Tubbs .... ** shudders **)

No mabey, no thanks.
Also, I was reading up on the movie and Don Johnson and whats-his-face from Napoleon Dynamite aren't even the stars of the movie. Hell,
Napoleon is barely even a co-star. Are you telling me they couldn't have gotten Dax Sheppard or Will Arnett to host on Monday?
Then again, I'm sure Vince is just starting to watch Punk'd, never watched/got Arrested Development, and just saw Napoleon Dynamite. So
this makes sense.

It would be funny if he tried for Domingez but got mixed up and came out in a poncho with a bong the size of his arm and when Johnson asked who he was
supposed to be, hilarity could ensue trying to explain to each other the mix up.
Well, maybe the only hilarity would be the 2 foot bong.

I thought I remember Don being caught coming out of a porn store but I can't find the story so Santina will probably beat Swagger AGAIN* this
time as the all Italian Italian!
*remember Undertaker is allowed to Chew Tobacco ON SCREEN but Swagger can't be photo'd smoking and Punk MUST wear what he's told. Oh
and he gets the best wrestler AGAIN at Wrestlemania. What a true locker room leader.

Santino is only going to impersonate Jack Swagger's undefeated streak.

In Taker's defense, when was the last time the guy chewed tobacco on screen? 2003? Which we all know was a long time before WWE shifted back
into being a product aimed at children. And I don't know anything about Swagger being depushed because a picture of him surfaced smoking, but if
that's true and assuming you mean smoking tobacco and not pot, its incredibly stupid and shortsighted on WWE's part but at this
point getting mad at WWE for being stupid and short-sighted is like being mad at a dog for barking and wagging its tail.

I could see the smoking thing because apparently Vince hates cigarette smoking.

So THAT explains Sandman's lack of push!
It was like teabagging a bear cub in front of its mother. The sheer shocking audacity of it is the only thing that saved you.

So do I, but so what? Unless Swagger is blowing smoke in Vince's face or getting gassed three minutes into a match it shouldn't matter.
Its a personal decision. What happens next? Vince decides he hates Stephen King and Miz gets depushed because someone catches him reading The
Langoliers?
Far more importantly, how much worse does an already scummy industry look when the guy who, for all intents and purposes, runs it is going to punish
you for something as trivial as smoking cigarettes but practically demand that you be on steroids if you want your career to go anywhere.
The more I learn about the business and especially Vince, the more I just shake my hand and wish that I could just be 12 years-old and lack access to
the internet again.

Sadly, I seriously doubt much of Raw's viewers would get it Damn 8-year olds.

Well if we are to believe what Miz said, he got kicked out of a lockerroom for 6 months over some chicken crumbs. That promo seemed to break kayfabe
to me... somehow cigrette smoking might be a death penalty then if Vince doesn't want it.

Well, I'm inclined to believe that Miz suffered from a lot more resentment and bullying because of how he got into WWE (through a contest). I
remember hearing stories about Maven getting picked on by guys like JBL and Bob Holly a lot, too. Swagger at least came up through developmental like
a good majority of the locker room, which doesn't necessarily mean much of anything, but my point is that Miz probably came in with a large
bullseye on his back because of how he got there, so Miz spilling crumbs in the locker room was handled much differently by those guys than it would
have been had it been Swagger who spilled them. And the fact that I just typed all of that just proves the point Lucky has been making for years about
these guys being immature man-children.
