Middle of the week would be fantastic (as long as it's not Wednesday).

Mid-week would be fine, preferably not Thursday though. I could still make Thursday work, it would just be a bit less convenient.

If its Sunday, that's cool, but could it be pushed back an hour or so? It was initially set for 6 PM Eastern, could maybe 7:30 or 8 Eastern work as well?

Now that we've got 10 teams, let's shoot for Wednesday, Aug. 31 ... I want say 7 p.m. Eastern ... Unless there are objections or conflicts ...

speaking of which, If anyone else wants to join, find a battle buddy cuz we're gonna do this like Noah's Ark, two by two ... If you don't come in with a partner, you better hope someone else single wants in ... league information is on the first post of the thread ...

12 would be nice, then we could do two conferences and top three from each would make playoffs, or we could do three divisions and with division winners and two wildcards making playoffs ...

thoughts? ... we've still got two weeks ... and I get Internet access at my new home on Friday ...

EDIT TO ADD: Sorry Q, I just read your post again ... I'm changing it to Tuesday the 30th ... same time ...

7 eastern on Tuesday is great.

But unless I read it wrong, it's now set for 7 Pacific (or 10 Eastern).

I can't do Tuesday, but don't change it for me. I'm not sure when I will be able to do it actually. I'll just pre-rank.

As long as it stays at 10 I can do it. Otherwise I'll just auto.

Don't remember to forget, the 2011 OO League of Fantasy Football is drafting Tuesday night ... this post is really for the 10 of you that joined and not the seven who decided not to return this year, marking the first time in the brief history of the OO League of Fantasy Football that we've contracted any teams ...

Don't ask me what time because I don't even know ... Hopefully I'll still be able to steal my neighbors Internet come draft time ...

Good luck everyone and I hope you all lose ...

I blame the team contraction on the ridiculous leftie coast time zone.

Given that my team was auto-drafted, I'm exceptionally happy with my pre-draft rankings. If I'd drafted the team myself, I would've made most of the same picks including making sure to get 2 #1 RBs and Antonio Gates.

How does everyone else feel about their teams?

I feel pretty good. The one thing I was kicking myself over almost immediately was taking Roddy White in the late first round when LeSean McCoy was still on the board.

But I have studs at the three main positions with Brees, White, and Steven Jackson, and excellent flexes for a PPR format with Stevie Johnson and Reggie Bush. I also think Jimmy Graham will jump into the top 5 TE mix this year.

Looking over the rosters, I don't think anyone's team looks particularly weak. But that may also be a side effect of taking the unusually small rosters that this league used to accommodate a 16-team league, and dropping it to 10 teams without expanding rosters.

Sorry ... I've been making a cross-quarter-country trip moving stuff ...

I like small rosters because they force transactions and prevent people from hoarding players on their bench ...

That way, if someone goes down with an injury, there's a chance for people to get the backup or find the guy who's a sleeper and has a had a few good weeks before getting picked up ...

I like transactions, makes the league feel active even when no one is talking trash ...
