Can we pretty much assume that Nakamura is going to get called up? I mean from a strictly kayfabe perspective and with only 6 picks available from NXT
how could Steph or Shane NOT pick the guy?
You have to figure that Nak, B�lor, Bayley, and American Alpha are locks for call-ups but that still leaves 2 out of the 6 open. Who would we like to
see included? Nia Jaxx is probably a safe bet even though she still needs a LOT more polishing. I know I wouldn't mind seeing The Revival get a
shot, but I'm scared that they're just going to get turned into J&J; Security 2.0 because of their stature. It's also kind of now or
never for Tye Dillinger, who I think has a tremendous upside but he'll probably be lucky if he got put into a trio with Breezango.
Speaking of which, could we just get a Trios belt on Smackdown?
I'd love to see Joe on the main roster, but much like Aries I'm sure they want him on the road with the NXT kids and teaching them a thing
or two. Roode has barely debuted (that rhymes!) Asuka would be a welcome addition but how do you handle the loss of her AND Bayley at the same time?
Alexa Bliss is making great progress but I don't think she can prop up the division by her lonesome just yet.
Who am I leaving out?

Kayfabe wise, I figure they go for balance and get one singles guy, one tag team, and one woman with their NXT picks. Balor,Bayley, and AA as the
obvious face picks and 3 contrasting heel picks.
As for not drafting the biggest personality in NXT, I figure Shane gets Balor and Steph picks a singles guy like Aries who sucked up to her instead of
the obvious superstar that is Shinsuke Nakamura.

Isn't Aries a heel now, for turning on No Way Jose? I mean, even if it's totally understandable and I personally think it's great?
I think kayfabe wise you gotta take Joe. He's the NXT champ, top of the food chain. Not taking Joe, unless the champion is specifically
exempted, doesn't make any sense.

Refer back to the previous page, discussing why either show would draft half of a tag team when they could just take both guys with one pick and use
them as singles wrestlers. It wouldn't make any sense to draft one guy when you could take two, but it's probably going to happen.

You could just do a promo later about Joe ranting about the disrespect shown to him by not being drafted just for Regal to interrumpt and say he
requested that NXT's champions were exempt.
Unlike the tag team thing, I feel they will address not drafting Joe(which might happen anyways, remember Owens) but it will be addressed in an NXT
show

The only thing I would bet on with near certainty is Zayn and Owens being on different brands. Their Battleground fight is already billed as last
match ever, or something. Splitting them will give the announcers something to repeat at least 10 times on Sunday. Ok 20.

If anyone cares... They just announced a House show in Tupelo, MS for Monday Sept. 19. Dean Ambrose, Sasha Banks, Charlotte, The Wyatts, and the
Uso's have been announced. So it looks like there are a few of the Smackdown draft picks. Of course, card subject to change...

we can safely call NEWZ on that. WWE isn't about to tell who is on what brand before they reveal it live. That announcement probably won't
come close to reality.

I'd be down for the Dudleys splitting, if they'd let Bubba do his TNA Bully Ray character. I mean, minus the Aces & Eights stuff, of
course.
Apparently tonight's opening segment is going to be the reveal of the General Managers. Seems like a few things will happen for certain:
1. Shane will choose Daniel Bryan.
2. Stephanie will choose herself, leading to either:
2a. Vince coming out and saying no, she has to pick someone other than herself, so she'll choose HHH.
2b. Vince coming out saying no, and naming someone she doesn't want/like while she whines/screams.
3. It will take at least 30 minutes for all this shit to take place.
Is everyone mad here?

So, does this basically foreshadow a newly called up/drafted Bayley as the "mystery partner" for Sasha on Sunday?
