To be fair, I was going to jump in and post in a few places right when you almost had it.

Oh, snap. I forgot all about that. Thank you for reminding me. Was that thread this year? Because if it is, it deserves a bOOardie.

It's from November last year.

The boards haven't been lagging any for me. Pages fully load within seconds. Any word on if the lag has been solved/how it was solved?

In regards to lag, I noticed I didn't have any when I wasn't logged in. Once I logged in, it came back. I have no idea why that would
happen, but there was a definite difference.

There's still a lag but it varied from computer to computer and board to board. The wrestling board always takes longer than the sports thread.
But the lag on my PC for the wrestling thread is always like double than for the mac I use. But the sports thread is about the same for both.
It's still a real pain sometimes to post here because of it.

Am I the only one who's been having the board lag problem recently? Seems like for the last three weeks shits been taking forever to load once
again.

Actually, the lag monster has been haunting me the last few weeks as well. Though it doesn't seem as bad today.

I've noticed it a little more lately but historically OO always had a board lag around WM time. The explanation was always that WM drew more
eyes and ate up more bandwith. So until someone says otherwise I'm gonna assume that's a plausible explanation for why things have been a
little worse of late.

Been meaning to post this, but after last night losing a couple posts finally getting around to it.
Monday nights have a really bad board lag. Painfully bad. Slow loads. Posts timing out ang getting lost (I always forget to copy them before
hitting submit and get the "reminder" when my first one ends up getting lost...).
I'm on the west coast, and the problem seems to kick in around the end or Raw which is 11 PT. I can't see that being tied to a huge
influx of activity because for the majority of the country (and world for that matter), Raw has already come and goneand they're in the
future/next day.
Mondays seem to be the only night where this problem happens consistently...like every week.

What Dev said. It's mostly in the early morning hours.
Whenever I'm posting during lagtime, I copy my post before posting it. The page usually times out one time, then I go back, paste the reply and
post it. It usually goes through the second time, after a bit of waiting.
I've pretty much just accepted that the board lag is here to stay though.

My purpose in posting was to see if there was anything specific to Monday nights at 11 pm Pacific / ~2 ET that would be driving this consistent weekly
lag issue.
That is the only date/timeslot (for me at least) where it is agonizingly, post-losingly bad. And again...I don't think it's
post-wrestling traffic given that I don't experience it at 9 PT/12 ET/11 CT which is when both Eastern and Central time zones would be well done
with RAW. But I don't have access to site traffic patterns to be able to validate that. Wondering more if this is some sort of regular site
maintenance/backup/etc that hits on an unfortunate night.
