"What ARE you?"
"I'm the protege."
I know Dana Brooke gets a lot of flack for being green in the ring, but I have a lot of appreciation for how she does small heel things well. Like her
debut when she reared back at the end of her beatdown like she was gonna slap the crap out of Becky and then just patted her cheek. Or last night when
Charlotte seemed to debut a new (?) robe and Dana had a ridiculous pink piece of crap around her abdomen to highlight her 'protege'
status.
Whether she ever puts on good matches, I suspect Dana had a long future on screen as a heel valet/sidekick.

I swear that during the live
broadcast I even got the sense that the AUDIENCE was kind of uncomfortable with the setup. It felt like a large cloud of "what the shit is going on
here?" settled over the crowd for the first few moments of the interaction.

I like the possibilities of New Day and the Wyatts, strictly on the basis that it's something new. Also, thank God they are keeping the them
heels. Before Bray's injury, they were doing a slow face turn, which really felt wrong. I see the bad guys winning this feud. The New Day is
so over, that any loss does not effect them one bit.

What was up with Xavier missing his line during that promo? Terrified? Past Wyatt interaction I've forgotten? Sleeper Wyatt Family member sent
to corrupt the New Day from within?!?!?!? I look forward to the fall of New Day....

I don't see why the Champs are coming out to tweak some flunky stable. Makes no sense. They should be chased, not chasing.
They are called "letters" when put together they make "words". Words make moving photos unnecessary.

Yeah, that was...odd. I was half expecting Woods to turn on Kofi/Big E during that segment, though I highly doubt the WWE is going to do a "Xavier
Woods has been hypnotized by Bray Wyatt" storyline. So I'm pretty sure this is going to end with Woods revealing that he was just playing
around and that the Wyatts are totally booty.
With that said, I do find this feud intriguing because New Day and the Wyatts are both over the top cartoony, but just on different ends of the
cartoony spectrum.

As much of a nerd as Xavier Woods is, I think Noob nailed it here. Wouldn't surprise me one bit to find out that's exactly what
Woods was going for during that segment.
Is everyone mad here?
Of course they are, and you are too... otherwise, you wouldn't have come here.

I have a hard time understanding anything New Day says mostly because Big E is essentially illegible to me when he starts yelling. I must be too old
and too used to the proper Queen's english from a better bygone era to understand all these modern street-slangy ways of the youngsters today.

So I have this straight, you credit the Queen for not being capable to read what Big E yells?

But my mom always said I was cool. My thoughts are foggy now and short-out far too often. Indecipherable? Something something Big E?

Also want to mention two different reactions I had to champ Ambrose tonight.
I dig that he dissed Cleveland since he's (I think) from Cincinatti.
I dislike that he just kinda of dropped the Reigns is my brother friendship so dismissively. When Reigns congratulated him his response was
immediately mercenary when it should have been more like Hunter/Shawn where they say something along the lines of 'I would have cashed in on you
too" and then laugh about it.
Then at the end, on commentary he dropped all the friendship tones for discussing Reigns whereas before when he had to fight Reigns it was done with a
sense that he wouldn't hold back but liked the guy.
This was basically a change of character with no explanation.
