Since I'm already fantasy booking a black metal stable, I might as well add that Dean and Baron should just shake hands, get some matching bathrobes and start a McPoyle-themed tag team.

In the advent of the network, is t doesn't really matter as their payoff is the same. In fact, you could say they are in a better position because they are live on USA Network since this is WWE pitching peole who haven't subscribed to do so. They actually should be flattered.

I heard about Becky thanking the fans but hadn't previously seen the groundswell

Ambrose retains.
I'm shocked.

So even on Wrestlemania Day they have no idea how the show is laid out? It really is "just another NetworkSpecial", only longer-than-long?

eta: And "social media" may or may not have got the SD!Ladies back on the big stage, but 3 years of bad internet can't get Roman unpushed?

Missed Ambrose/Corbin in it's entirety while I was out walking the dogs. Shocked to hear Ambrose retained. Looks like I need to stop my "2-0 at Wrusslemania BABAY!!~!1" nonsense regarding Corbin.

Not sure how the match ended, but since they didn't do it while Ambrose was world champ, I'd love to seem him gradually turn heel while doing whatever it takes to hold onto the IC belt over the coming next few months.

Edit: High bar for awkwardness set right at the outset of the show with Michael Cole mouthfarting Final Fantasy references.

I'm already tired of the rollercoaster gimmick....

Brit wrestlers are in the house tonight....I would love if they did something with them.

You an me both, pal. I can stand a lot of things as a grown ass wrasslin' fan, but I hatehateHAAATE it when WWE latches onto terrible corporate buzzwords and phrases like that. I know a lot of the wrestlers have been having a lot of fun at the marketing teams expense on Twitter and various podcast over the past week or two. Big E, in fact, tweeted out the other day that anyone planning a Wrestlemania drinking game better leave utterances of "The Ultimate Thrill Ride!" off the board unless you enjoy having your stomach pumped.

Alright, we're done complaining about Aries/Neville and Ambrose/Corbin being on the pre-show. Commence complaining about Shane and AJ "opening" the show!

Who had AJ curtain Jerking?
Well the first match after New Day did nothing with their "Welcome" and we sat through a 2 hour pre-show were Mojo won a match!!

But still even earlier than his Jericho match last year.

I expected more boos for Shane if I'm honest.

Give it time for the boos. AJ is ostensibly the face in this match no matter what crowd they're in front of.

Don't know why the pre-show is getting so much hate. Aries/Neville was great, and the ARMBaR was fun (Mojo and Gronk nonsense notwithstanding)

Shane looks like he's infringing on Brock's gimmick infringement of Maijin Buu. Dude is almost looking PURPLE.

And yes, that was my second WWE/DBZ related reference so far today. And no, they were not planned.

Didn't hate the pre-show personally just felt nothing got out of first gear in the Ambrose match or ARMBaR admittedly I had it on mute so didnt hear the Heyman interview.

Thought the Cruiserweight title was great but still think they good be spectacular.

Listening to the commentary act like Shane is the second coming of Bruno and Angle is tiring right now.

Thank you for explaining, because I have never watched a single Dragon Ball, not even A, B, or C, let alone Z.

If they can put Jericho/Owens on next, that's me finished! That'd be the two matches I want to actually see while they're live, so then I could get back to being miserable, reading the results here every 20 minutes or so, and playing vidjo games.

Janerd promised us the Ultimate Thrill Ride, and I'm still waiting for that to start.

Now we try to beat the epic Referee death last seen at WrestleMania X7 HHH vs Taker so that Shane can cause another injury from a springboard move...

The ideas in this match are good, just Shane has taken the Ambrose "I move like I'm in mud" to the nth degree.

Clean AJ win was the ONLY result.

Shane O'Mac in a MOTYC...in 2017? OK then...

And anybody upset that AJ had to curtain jerk, or got Shane needs to lay down the smark and admit that was a great match, and may need to be talked about along Owen/Bret as far as Mania openers go.
