I thought Gangrel was pretty cool, too. What I found interesting in that the WWE formed the Brood because they wanted a veteran (Heath) to watch out for the young guys they had a lot of hope in (Edge and Christian). Both E&C; said Heath helped them negotiate the political landmines in their early days and given that they formed on the most over tagteams of all time and that Edge became a legit main eventer in his own right, it seemed to have worked.

I only signed up so I can read the forum.

Rick Martel was a multi-time tag team champion, but all of them were before he was "The Model."

Gangrel was great. Can't believe I forgot about him.

I liked Gangrel too, but not "guiltily". I was actually playing White Wolf RPGs (tabletop, not videogame) at the time, and one of my friends (who never watched wrestling) even gave Gangrel a couple of watches.

It's kinda ironic that his political skills didn't seem to keep him around as well as the ones he taught E&C;? Mabey?

It is almost like they TOOK those powers from him. It was almost as if they drained him of his life force, somehow...
