Robert Plant.
Allison Krauss.
Alone either is great. Together - amazing.
Raising Sand came out last year and I don't know why it took me until now to give it a listen to and buy it. Great disc.

Hahaha, man, you just reminded me of my ska-laden senior year of high school... awesome.

Of course they are, and you are too... otherwise, you wouldn't have come here.

Sorry, I thought if I'd said anything I might have spoiled the video or something, I don't think I'm terribly good with words.
That is Stevie Ray Vaughan, performing Texas Flood at El Mocambo Festival in the 80's, I think 1986 maybe. Anytime the argument of "most
impressive guitarist to live" comes up, I mention Stevie Ray Vaughan.

What in the blue fuck is with Belmont double posting/editing?
Three posts of his(?) I've seen this morning, and they all were edited and posted twice.
EDIT: Just to clarify, I'm not sure it's actually Belmont's fault - maybe just something screwy with his IP or computer?

Sometimes pressing "post reply" twice because of the board lag will get you a double post. Unless you doubleclick "post" REALLY fast,
there's almost no way to do it on purpose.

Here's my current favorite band, HIM, performing their new single "Bleed Well" at the Orpheum Theater in L.A. last November. This is off
their live DVD "Digital Versatile Doom" which is a masterpiece.

And just imagine if, instead of the Palins, the Obama family had a pregnant, underage daughter on display at
their convention, flanked by her black boyfriend who "intends" to marry her. Who among conservatives would have resisted the temptation to speak of
"the dysfunction in the black community"?

But feeling nostalgic about Southern California and this great song from Rocket from the Crypt off 1992's Circa Now tops my list of memories.
