I can't believe I didn't say this before, but anything with Lana in it.... Needs more Kane.

Did they film that at 7:30PM for a few weeks before every Raw? Yeah, Glenn and C.J., we're gonna need you for about 15 minutes every couple of weeks to shoot some...things. Huh? No, Ceej, not that kind of stuff.

* Rumors are that Cena, while not wrestling at Mania, could be involved in the Shane-UT main event. It could lead to a Cena-Undertaker match at SummerSlam.

* Roode and Young both left TNA over contract disputes. They both asked for raises and were denied, so they asked for their releases. There is some heat on Roode since he quit while still holding a belt and not doing the honors on the way out.

*Meltzer reports that morale was really bad backstage at the TNA tapings, and many wrestlers think the company is going nowhere.

* Sting will announce his retirement during his HOF speech.

* Vader is expected to induct Stan Hansen

* JBL's mention of Hulk Hogan on RAW was no accident. Vince has warmed to the idea of Hogan returning as his trial with Gawker has made him a sympathetic figure again and the racism scandal has seemed to have run it's course. It's likely that WWE will slowly work Hogan back into the company is some legend's capacity.

There doesn't appear to be any word yet on Luke Harper's potential injury last night in the dark match after Raw went off the air, but fan footage of the injury has surfaced. It happens around the 10 second mark as Harper moves in to deliver some punches to Roman Reigns in the corner...

Ouch. Looks like he didn't have his foot properly planted as he shifted his weight and his knee buckled in the wrong direction. I'm a huge Harper fan, and while you don't want to see this type of thing happen to anybody, it's especially terrible to see it happen to him. He's no spring chicken, and a grievous leg injury isn't anything to sniff at for guys HALF his size. I'd hate to see his mobility be impaired on account of something like this since his ability to move around is part of what makes Luke Harper Luke Harper.

I suppose in lieu of official word, we can take momentary comfort in the fact that he's helped to the back by The Wyatts as opposed to doing a stretcher job, but still. This injury bug is getting ridiculous.

ETA: Can't believe I forgot to mention that this video ALSO captures Braun Strowman being attacked by a fan. It starts around the 1:27 mark after Braun goes outside the ring. Strowman doesn't get a whole lot of credit for anything around these parts, but you have to give it to him for keeping his cool there. To quote BFG over in the Raw thread: "Ah, Philly...always classy."

The last scene in that movie will be Super Cena, standing in the Superman stance while wearing Superman Underoos, blocking the exit. Gunman will shoot Super Cena in the chest and the bullet bounces off.

Then Roman runs in to MASSIVE SQUEEBOOs and superman punches the gunman, and the gunman runs away .

Close with the crowd chanting "WHAT" for 30 seconds, then singing the Na Na Na, Hey Hey goodbye song over the ending credits.

Scene.
Das End.

Last tag, we see Ron Simmons

Without further info, it's difficult to know what to make of this. Was TNA... LOLTNAish enough to just let him go then and there? Did they say something along the lines of, "OK, fine. Next TV taping, you drop the belt. Then you're free?" If so, fine. If not, then - as mentioned - LOLTNA. Oh, and if they laid out that plan, and he refused, and TNA just rolled over? LOLTNA even harder.

Yeah, that Roode story is likely a bunch of baloney as far as "heat" and stupid wrestling jargon. Just checking Wikipedia immediately debunks it: both Young and Roode had titles up until last week, and they both lost them.

According to f4wonlineWWE has apparently notified Sky Italy and other cable/satellite providers carrying Wrestlemania that the show may go 5-20 minutes longer than it's allotted 4 hours. I'd like to think that this overrun will have more to do with actual wrestling and storyline progression, but I'm worried it just means we're going to have to sit through a few musical performances and a longwinded promo by The Rock.

Kinda insane, especially if the rumors are true (and aren't they always!!!) that there is talk of putting more than 1 match on the pre-show.....

I suppose it's better to hedge and plan for potential overruns if the timing is off vs. cutting from existing matches since that's where they seem to end up cutting (as opposed to all the content filler or telling the UT to walk at double speed and shorten his entrance to 20 minutes...)

What kind of an idiot would attack Braun Strowman? The guy is built like a brick wall and can probably feel like you hit one when he hits you.

In fairness to the idiot, Braun is showing off an unseemly amount of cleavage. He is, in effect, dressed provocatively.

Good restraint instincts on display too, as opposed to the (more obvious) Steroid Era when Macho Man would have taken the transgressor's head right off. Which should happen anyway to any bozo doing stuff like that. Because the fans suck and I hate them.

Anyone going to a televised WWE event in the near future who brings a "Strow Means No" sign with them will get an internet high-five courtesy of yours truly.

Kicking the shit out of fans who attack wrestlers or try to enter the ring has nothing to do with steroids or times long past. It is pretty much an unwritten rule that fans that put hands on wrestlers in an aggressive manner or try to interfere in a match are going to get their asses kicked. There are a myriad of videos available of guys like Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, Scott Hall, Sabu, Super Dragon, and Chris Jericho among others beating the crap out of fans who interfere.

Strowman did show restraint, and could have easily decapitated that fan. My guess is that the new corporate WWE now has rules in place that require wrestlers to allow security to handle it rather than become physical themselves.
