But I said "ha ha!".
* Daniel Bryan has apparently withdrawn from all his appearances for WWE leading up to and including the Wrestlemania Axxess autograph
signings/meet-and-greet the fans on WM weekend. No reason given by WWE aside from an abrupt "needs time off" message. Hope everything's OK but
I'd suspect severe depression caused by the early retirement making it too difficult for him to be around the other performers and fans right
now.

They had also scheduled a huge "Daniel Bryan Appreciation Night" at MSG which is now cancelled. While it is likely he just wants to enjoy retirement
and doesn't want to be tormented by being around a wrestling show that he can't perform on, the cynical, conspiratorial side of me wonders
if Bryan's retirement wasn't as consensual as the WWE wanted it to appear. Perhaps Vince & Co. told Bryan he would never wrestle in a WWE
ring and refused to grant his release to wrestle elsewhere, despite Bryan's belief that he was OK. Maybe Bryan is pissed that despite feeling
able to wrestle, the WWE forced his retirement and he is refusing to do business with them.
Or maybe he just wants to make babies with Brie.

Good restraint instincts on display too, as opposed to the (more obvious) Steroid Era when Macho Man would have taken the transgressor's head
right off. Which should happen anyway to any bozo doing stuff like that. Because the fans suck and I hate them.
Strowman did show restraint, and could have easily decapitated that fan. My guess is that the new corporate WWE now has rules in place that require
wrestlers to allow security to handle it rather than become physical themselves.

Probably because TMZ and Nancy Grace will show the response of the mean wrestler picking on the innocent fan, rather than the whole context of the

Bryan has never been shy about voicing his feelings - if it was just a matter of WWE not clearing him, he'd been plenty willing to make noise
about it before. I agree with the sentiment that it's probably a matter of depression - it's one thing to celebrate your career when you
retire on your own terms. It's another thing entirely to go and have more big emotional moments with the audience you're leaving behind
due to injury. I don't blame him for not wanting to go out there - it's unfortunate for fans who want a chance to see him in person, but,
honestly, he doesn't owe the audience anything. He literally gave of his body until he couldn't anymore. He should enjoy retirement and
having the sexings with Brie as much as he can.

They randomly uploaded the Cesaro lacs ''IT'' discussion between Vince and Stone Cold today.
The internet has already concluded that this is WWE setting up ground work to have Cesaro return as a Shane O Mac endorsed talent.

Here's Vince talking about "it":

Re: Bryan.... he asked off the weekend's "Daniel Bryan Memorial" thing, and also asked off the post-WM tour of Europe. Unless I missed
something, he's still gonna be at WrestleMania Weekend.
Re: Cesaro... Cesaro is being advertised for the post-WM European Tour. Wrestling, not just appearing. Though his interviews are all "Awwww, shucks,
I'm gonna miss WM this year," if you are able to dig up translations of the advertising for Germany and/or Switzerland, he's apparently
been cleared to start wrestling 10 days after WM. That's kind of odd, and that's why I had made offhand mentions of Cesaro as a late
entrant in an IC Multi-Way.... but I gotta admit, having Cesaro be one of Shane's "blue chip" additions would be a great way to bring him back
and pander to the smarks to make them think things really WILL be different, now....
An interview you might find interesting. Unlike most scorned WWE writers, Freddie Prinze is neither so insecure about his future employability that
he's insanely bitter about being done with WWE, nor is he a flaming douchebag attention whore who's trying to use his cup of coffee with
WWE to make a name for himself by burning bridges.... so he actually gives a pretty level headed and realistic assessment of his time working for WWE

Actually it looks like D-Bry is no longer being advertised as participating in the VIP Axxess signings Wrestlemania weekend. A replacement has yet to
be announced, but all ticket packages including Bryan have been pulled in the meantime.

Looks like Shawn Michaels has been booked to replace Daniel Bryan at Axxess events on Wrestlemania weekend.
