DARK/JAKKED/METAL MATCHES

-  Molly, Perry Saturn, Spike Dudley, and Crash Holly got wins over unidentified local workers.

-  Edge defeated Sho Funaki.

RAW MATCHES

-  The Rock starts things out with a promo (wearing his old Miami Hurricanes jersey, to boot).  He hypes his match later tonight against Chris Jericho for the Undisputed Title.  Kurt Angle interrupts and says that Vince McMahon has given him a Christmas gift, and that Angle will also be involved in the title match, reducing the Rock's chances to zero.

-  Backstage, Vince is throwing a X-mas party, complete with Patterson/Brisco and five dancers dressed up as Santa's elves.

-  Rikishi defeated Test by DQ when Test decided to attack the ref.  After the match, Rikishi flattened Test with the Banzai Drop.

-  Backstage, Ric Flair is throwing another Christmas party, for the babyfaces.  More hilarity ensues.  Back at Vince's party, two more "elves" are delivered...  it's Moolah and Mae Young.

-  Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo defeated the APA via nefarious double teaming.

-  Backstage, Rob Van Dam runs into Lance Storm while looking for Chris Jericho...  the two wind up agreeing to face each other later in the night.

-  Back at Flair's party, Steve Austin arrives and rattles off his Christmas list (complete with "What?" chants in between each item).

-  Rob Van Dam defeated Lance Storm with the Five Star Frog Splash.

-  At Vince's party, Terri returns to TV and rejects Test's come-ons, while Maven winds up getting sucked into a match against Booker T later in the night.

-  Torrie Wilson and Stacey Keibler rolled around in "egg nog" for a few minutes.  Torrie eventually got the win, but c'mon, it's not like that was the important thing here.

-  At Vince's party, Stephanie shows up and tries to suck up to her dad.  Vince is having none of it, though, and kicks her out.  

-  Christian defeated the Hurricane to retain the European Title.

-  At Flair's party, Tazz shows up and tries to start some trouble.  He had been at Vince's party earlier and says that Vince's Santa (Bubba Dudley) is bigger than Flair's Santa (Tajiri).  Eventually, a match is agreed to:  Bubba vs. Tajiri.

-  Booker T essentially squashed Maven in their match.

-  Santa Tajiri defeated Bubba Claus in their match, thanks to an assist from Tazz.

-  Back at Vince's party, Mae Young has decided to start stripping, which empties the room out.  Thus, Vince is easy pickin's when Austin decides to attack.

-  Chris Jericho managed to win the Triple Threat main event.  Angle and Jericho double-teamed the Rock for most of the match.  Jericho managed to pin the Rock after a DDT on a steel chair.
