Your hosts are Al and Coach (still in an arm sling), and we're in the studio for a very special edition of Heat, in which we all learn the meaning of "repeat from Monday." Al runs down the lineup, but since this won't be that long, I'll skip. Coach taunts Goldberg! That's a good idea.

Coach and Al model the Ric Flair DVD. Al works in the obligatory accidental hit on Coach's hurt arm. You know, Coach was pretty good on the Best of RAW. Perhaps injury = more amusing heel.

RAW 2003 Moment: Goldberg debuts.

Coach is not a fan of Goldberg's spear. Goldberg should've been deactivated 330 days! Al and Coach are under the impression that Rock is still a heel buddy of theirs.

Coach is trying to talk about that clip, but Al knows that the real duty today is to mention the various product we're pushing, and so he's engrossed in checking out WWE UNScripted. Anyway, in the book, Trish and Victoria say in the book that their favorite match was the Chicago Street Fight - and we just so happen to have it loaded in the tape machine.

Coach and Al talk about how Stone Cold completely abuses the GM powers to make matches for the fans. Al: "Like we care about the fans." Setting up the stipulations for the Survivor Series match

Ugh, black and white for blood censoring purposes. Even though they showed clips in color earlier. But not really the bloody stuff, so never mind. Still, really, pick another match or something. The post match video package that they've shown a few times since is in color. Goodbye Stone Cold (4:46)

Coach and Al: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA". Al think it's so funny, he slaps Coach on the bad arm.

Mick Foley 2 weeks ago (2:15)

Al doesn't seem as happy with that part - he thinks that was really unlike Foley. Al: "I wonder if he's show up in San Diego tomorrow." Coach is pretty sure Stone Cold will NOT be there, since Foley isn't GM any more.

RAW: Shawn Michaels vs Triple H (c) for the World Title.

Coach wishes us a good new year, full of Coach and Al. Right.

Wow, that took me 25 minutes to watch. Back next week with slightly more useful stuff, I'd hope.
