TV PG LV CC open Shelton's fireworks

Shelton Benjamin (Orangeburg, SC, 248 pounds) vs Steven Richards (Philadelphia, PA, 230 pounds) - Lillian is your ring announcer, Al isn't your any announce, how strange. Steven points at Coach, upsetting Coach - check. Coach and Todd let us know it's Coach and Todd from here to eternity. Circle. Lockup, Shelton with a waistlock, Steven

reversing to an armbar, Shelton reverses, twist, Steven rolls to a reversal, Shelton throws him down to a reversal. Coach doesn't want to talk about his chances, because he's nervous. Steven gets to the ropes. Steven angrily charges at Shelton and throws himself into a Shelton armdrag with Shelton doing 0% of the work. Impressive! Step over armbar so discussions can be hand. Coach calls says all English women have "butter faces" and "summer teeth", and helpfully explains the concepts. Todd: "We appreciate you offending not only the United States, but the entire world." "That's what I'm here for." Steven gets to the ropes, then starts yelling at Shelton, explaining the referee (Mike Choida) works for him, and Shelton works for him, so they better stop screwing with him. Shove from Steven. Shelton takes it in, then reverses a Steven right hand into a fireman's carry and adds punches to the head. Steven tries to escape, but Shelton grabs a leg. Steven uses the ropes to get to his feet, Shelton changes the foot he's holding onto for mysterious reasons, and Steven connects with the enziguri. Todd: "Enzi-Stevie!" "That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard." Stomps, using the ropes! Reverse neckbreaker. Steven's thrilled with this turn of events. DROP THE HAMMER. One two NO. Choke on the rope. Steven off the ropes, and dropkicking Shelton to the shoulder/back/some place. Pose - Coach complains Steven is acting too much like Coach and not like a good wrestler. Really. Chinlock, with bodyscissors. Crowd getting behind Shelton even before he starts to rally, and he gets free with a jawbreaker. Forearm to Shelton's back. YAAAAsuplex is reversed into a reverse neckbreaker. Both men are down one two three four five six seven Steven up first but Shelton punching first. Todd and Coach agree that the loser of this match shouldn't bother keeping his Tuesday free. Shelton with a right, back elbow, kick, back elbow, right, kick, chop, right, kick, chop, right, left, kick, right, kick, left, big right to finally end it, and immediate clothesline to follow it up. Whip, back elbow, Russian legsweep one two NO. Shelton splash, Steven ducks out of the way, but Shelton lands on the top rope - top rope clothesline. Shelton is pumped. Waiting, waiting, waiting, Shelton splash to Steven's back, Exploder powerslam one two three. (5:50) I'm still voting for Steven anyway.

Your announcers are the Coach and the Todd, and they're hyped about Taboo Tuesday; especially about Coach's IC title chances.

Tonight: Molly Holly & Gail Kim vs Victoria & Nidia
Next: Val Venis can't get away from the Snitsky/Kane feud

Kane and Lita's happy past, and into Monday night. Val got beat up by Kane pretty bad here, to the point where it might be an angle, but then he got beat by Snitsky too. So I'm thinking he doesn't have a real favorite in this battle. Quite like me or maybe you. (5:15)

Day of Reckoning presents Batista laying out Jericho last Monday on RAW

Chuck Palumbo (Providence, RI, 288 pounds) vs Tajiri (Japan, 206 pounds) - Hey, this was a pretty good random match up last time they did it. Coach hates Tajiri a lot this week. Todd: "Chuck, just because he's big, does not necessarily going to be better than Tajiri in this match. You're bigger than Tajiri, right?" "I believe I'm quicker, I'm faster, I believe I beat Tajiri in April at Backlash!" Lockup, Palumbo lifts Tajiri and rams him into the corner. Chuck with a right hand. Slam, Tajiri slips behind, lots of kicks and punches, off the ropes, Chuck misses a clothesline, Tajiri back with the spinning headscissors. Tajiri with a thigh kick, kick, kick, back elbow, armbar, corner whip, reversed, Chuck charges in, Tajiri pulls him into the Tarantula already? Yes. Your ref is Jack Doan, and he orders the break. Buzzsaw Kick already? No on this one, as Chuck ducks it, and catches the next Tajiri kick for a short clothesline. Palumbo follows up by walking around and talking trash. Tajiri run back first in to the corner again. Shoulder. Short clothesline. Chuck taunts, stomp, stomp, stomp, Tajiri back with a right, kick, kick, kick, Chuck DISCUS PUNCH. We'll he's dead now. Snap mare, kick to the back, kick to the chest. One two no. Mouth yank. Now into a half nelson. Todd: "You don't tug on Superman's cape, you don't spit into the wind, and you don't call Kane a crybaby. [pause] Ain't that a song?" Coach: "It might be, a new song." Tajiri elbows out, and Chuck stops him with a forearm. Whip, Chuck puts his head down too soon and it's kicked, Tajiri off the ropes, cross body one two NO. Chuck clotheslines Tajiri to stop him. One two NO. Stomp. Stomp. Stomp. Stomp. Kick to the back. Knee to the head. To a half nelson. Well, it may be a half nelson - neither of these announcers would know, which half the problem. Chuck with a corner whip, Palumbo charges into a double boot. Tajiri wants for Chuck to turn around, and connects with a wheel kick. One two three four five six, both up, Chuck punch, Tajiri kick, Chuck punch, Tajiri kick, Chuck yelps. Chuck right, Tajiri kick, Tajiri kick, Tajiri kick. Whip, reversed, handspring elbow. Bodyscissors bulldog works one two NO. Chuck with a knee to stop Tajiri. Suplex, no, Tajiri sneaks behind, Chuck RIGHT HAND OF DEATH, one two NO. Not Jindrak level. Or Tajiri is a heck of lot better than Scotty. Palumbo fooling with Tajiri, kicks and weak slaps. Corner whip, Tajiri kips up and out, except Palumbo catches him on his shoulder. Tajiri slips free of the running powerslam, Chuck big boot is sidestepped, Tajiri's thrust kick connects. One two THREE. (6:05) Well okay. I guess that explains why Todd compared to Sweet Chin Music.

And we see. (4:29)
Tomorrow: Shawn Michaels vs Chris Benoit vs Edge in a Triple Threat Match

Next: Molly Holly & Gail Kim vs Victoria & Nidia

Saw presents post-Stacy/Trish Diva brawl of Monday.

Molly Holly & Gail Kim vs Victoria & Nidia - Coach: "Did I ever tell you that aqua's my favorite color?" Gail's wearing aqua. Victoria and Nidia have a bump and grind entrance that sure doesn't seem like TV PG to me, but I don't totally mind. Slapping body parts is involved. There's a hundred percent chance they repeat this on RAW the first chance they get, so don't be disappointed you didn't get to see it. Victoria and Molly to start. Lockup, Molly forearms Victoria down. Corner whip, Victoria kips up and out, Molly turns into a hiptoss, and another. Scoop, slam. Booty shake standing moonsault one two no. Molly manages an eye rake and tag to Gail, who runs right into a powerslam one no. Armbar, tag to Nidia. Double whip, double hiptoss, hip hop double elbow drop. One two no. Right. Chest slap. Kick, Northern lights suplex one two NO. Nidia yells at Molly before giving Gail another Northern Lights Suplex, but the referee distracts himself with Victoria and Molly breaks it up. Gail with a kick to the back, tag to Molly. Double axhandle to the back. Elbow to the back. One two no. Choke on the middle rope. Molly yells at Chad Patten before following up. Nidia tries to fight her way up, but gets forearmed down. Front facelock, tag to Gail, double team kick in the corner. Nidia grabs the ropes, and Molly pulls her into a Gail backbreaker. Gail taunts Nidia. Nidia forearms out, but gets thrown into the middle rope. Stomps. Snap mare. Knee to the back. Stomp. Front facelock, tag to Molly. Molly with an axhandle. Kick. Chinlock with a knee to the back. Coach: "Do you think the Women's champion has ever been won in a battle royal?" Luckily, Coach figures out it has before you can scream "GAIL KIM" at the TV set. Molly rallying out, back elbows, chest slaps, Molly stops her with a kick and a side backbreaker. Molly slaps Nidia. Stomp. Molly taunts Nidia and the crowd, and Nidia wraps her up in a small package one two no. Short clothesline. Modified camel clutch - I guess Chad Patten is calling it a choke, because he keeps yelling for a break. Forearm to Nidia, forearm to Victoria. Molly taunts Victoria into the ring so Gail and Molly can stomp down Nidia. Coach congratulates Chad Patten on his stellar job in this match. "If were up to me, Chad Patten would be referee of the year!" "Like Gorilla Monsoon used to say to Bobby 'the Brain' Heenan, you are a fountain of misinformation." Corner whip, Molly Pop is sidestepped and I think Gail gets it some how. I guess he was holding Nidia in place, but not too well. Nidia crawling for tag, Molly grabs a leg but gets kicked away. Tag to Gail, tag to Victoria, right to Gail, right to molly, clothesline to Gail, clothesline to Molly, corner whip for Gail, Spider Web on the rebound! One two NO, Molly breaks it. Nidia spears Molly, and they head out. Gail's clothesline is caught and spun and lifted into the Widow's Peak. One two three. (6:38) She ain't the lady for Gail to mess with.
